Arrowsic Trails
Arrowsic has three lovely public trails to walk.
Bald Head (from Squirrel Point Trail)
Mill Pond Preserve
The Nature Conservancy has recently opened a lovely 2-mile hike in the Mill Pond Preserve. The small parking area is located on Old Stage Road, several hundred yards to the east of the Arrowsic Pottery driveway.
The walk consists of a .46 mile trail to a 1-mile loop. The loop winds along the marsh and then opens to the Back River. Scenery is well varied and beautiful. There is not much in the way of climbing. The trail is clearly yellow-blazed, easy to follow.
