Education Committee Silent Auction

Attention artists, crafters, and business owners: The Arrowsic Education Committee is planning to hold the third biennial Silent Auction to benefit the Arrowsic Scholarship Fund on Saturday, June 12, 2027 (subject to change). We are looking for talented Arrowsicans willing to donate items and/or services to be auctioned off. Please contact Brenda Wojciechowski (bjbwojo@yahoo.com) or Kathy Roy (kathryn1221@gmail.com) for information or to offer an item or service. 

Packard’s Landing Community Potluck

Come one, come all to the annual Packard’s Landing summer potluck!

It’s this coming Sunday from 12 to 2, timed around high tide so to include lots of kayaking and swimming opportunities.
We had a wonderful turnout last year with folks bringing lots of delectable delights, and with no shortage of opportunities to connect with friends and neighbors, and make new acquaintances!

The water access management committee is excited to see you there, and hope you’ll be able to make it!

Feel free to bring along any visitors in town and certainly any children and grandchildren!

We’ll see you on Sunday!”


Back to Art School

Interested in art programs? Merrymeeting Adult Ed is hosting a “Back to Art School” Night on Tuesday August 25th, from 4-7pm at their Topsham center. This open house event is for anyone interested in getting more information on their art programs directly from the art teachers. You’ll have a chance to ask them questions about their programs, preview lesson plans & view sample work. They will also run a raffle for a free art class; all attendees will be automatically entered in the drawing! *Light snacks & refreshments will be provided.
