Non-Emergency Phone Calls for the Arrowsic Fire Station

The Arrowsic Fire Station has a new phone number: 207-371-5550. THIS IS FOR NON-EMERGENCY USE ONLY; PLEASE USE 911 FOR ALL EMERGENCIES AS YOU HAVE IN THE PAST.

This phone number will normally go to an answering machine, given that the station is not regularly staffed. A member of the fire department will get back to you about your concern within several days.

What makes a small island more susceptible to the possible effects of pesticides?

Mark your calendars for November 17, 6:00 p.m., for the presentation Island Ecology and Pesticide Use, given by Maine State Horticulturist Gary Fish.

With 11 years as horticulturist, Gary was previously Manager of Pesticide Programs for the Maine Board of Pesticides Control for 27 years, and will bring a wealth of knowledge with him to answer the above question, many others, and yours!

Public Hearing: Arrowsic Planning Board

The Arrowsic Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, November 5^th, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Arrowsic Town Hall to consider an application for a conditional use permit for the replacement of a non-conforming garage located at 75 Spinney Mill Road.
