Town Hall

The Conservation Commission will meet on Tuesday Oct. 20 at 5:30 P.M. at the town hall. Items on the agenda include winter moth tape; pesticides talk; energy resilience; November field trip; Sewall Pond water quality season wrap-up; between meetings decisions; and anything else that may be brought before the commission. Zoning Board of Appeals Annual Meeting

The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Monday, October 26 at 5 PM at the Fire Station. 

Removal of Float at Packard’s Landing

The Water Access Committee will be removing the float from Packard’s Landing on Friday, October 23.

Community Navigation Office Hours in Arrowsic

Need help finding resources or applying for assistance programs? Community Navigator Mark Hymbaugh, with the Sagadahoc County Emergency Management Agency, will be holding drop-in office hours in Arrowsic on Wednesday, October 28.

Mark can help residents connect with resources for housing, heating, electricity, home repairs, recovery support, holiday assistance, and more. He can also assist with applications for programs such as LIHEAP, MaineCare, SNAP, Social Security, and the Property Tax Fairness Credit.

Stop by with your questions! No appointment is necessary, and Community Navigation services are free.
